It is essentially a sofa, loveseat, ottoman and chaise. I viewed and priced it first in the Bay Area. I then decided to price the same furniture through Henderson and ended up purchasing it.</div> <bR> <div> I worked with Rick and Henderson Furniture. We discussed what I wanted and he drew it all out so there could not be a mistake. Rick was super friendly and worked with me by email to complete the order. When the furniture came into the store, it was shipped to my home by a separate shipping company. The furniture came shrink wrapped. It was in perfect condition upon arrival.</div> <bR> <div> I received the furniture in 3 weeks less time than the local Bay Area furniture store was quoting me. We love the styling and quality of Jonathan Louis furniture but find it to be a little beyond our budget. With a little searching we found Henderson Furniture on the web and gave them a call. They were able to give us a price that was far lower than the local furniture store even after adding in shipping all the way from California. We have had nothing but good experiences from the beginning with Henderson Furniture. They shipped earlier than anticipated and the shipping charges came in lower than quoted. The chairs were extremely well packaged to avoid any damage and we have been happy with the whole experience. When the chairs arrived, we discovered that the fabric on the seat cushion had not been properly attached to the frame of one of the chairs. Upon contacting Henderson Furniture, they immediately contacted a local repair person who promptly came to the house and fixed the chair. You can't find a better price on quality furniture than at Henderson Furniture, and the personalized service is better than my local furniture store. Their salespeople are friendly without being overbearing and their merchandise is exceptional quality for a reasonable price. I had my first sofa for over 8 years and it still looked brand new. I just wanted to update my living room. They offer Pottery Barn type styles for a fraction of the price and you can get the fabric treated with a guaranteed stain resistant that is unbelievable.
