Q - Why do you have different names on some of your styles?
A - Some of our manufacturers have requested that we change the names on some of their most recognizable styles due to our low pricing structure. In doing this, we have managed in some instances to get them to improve on the packaging for us, insuring a safer shipment.
Q - Do you have an actual showroom and store?
A - We do have a store. We are one of Californias oldest furniture stores. We have been in the same location for over 52 years! We do very little advertising, keeping our overhead low and relying on customer referrals and repeat business. By doing this we are able to offer incredible discount prices. With our great customer service, this concept has worked very well for us, allowing us to have tens of thousands of satisfied customers around the country.
Q - Where are you located?
A - We are conveniently located about 10 minutes south of Los Angeles International Airport. We are at 16606 Hawthorne Blvd in the city of Lawndale. We are just South of the 405 Freeway at the Hawthorne Blvd. exit.
Q - What brands do you carry?
A - Because we have been in the business for so long and have such a good reputation, factories love having us represent their lines. We have access to most major brands! You can see a list of some of our brands on our Home page. We carry furniture for every room in your house.
Delivery:
Q - How long does it take to receive merchandise once I order?
A - Some items we can ship immediately while some must be special ordered. In most cases, we allow our customers to choose different colors and fabrics so this product can not be on hand. Normally it can be made and ready to ship within 2-5 weeks.

Q - Why do I see so much Microfiber in the stores nowadays?
A - Microfiber fabrics were introduced to our industry in the last 10 years. They are made of polyester and are extremely cleanable and durable. They have allowed consumers to buy lighter colors than they may have otherwise because of their cleanability. The new Microfibers come in many different textures and colors.
Q - Do you offer fabric protection?
A - We do offer a fabric protection plan through Stainsafe ! Please be sure to ask your salesperson about the details.
Q - Does your furniture come with a warranty?
A - Our furniture comes backed by the original factory warranties which vary from factory to factory. We carry brands which we have found to be most trouble free. We are here to assist you in any way that we can.
Q - If I find something that I like in another store, can you get it for me?
A - If you provide us with the manufactures name and model number, we can almost always provide you with the same merchandise at a discounted price. This has been our claim to fame for many years.
Q - Are all of your available brands represented on your Website?
A - No. Our Website is just a small sampling of what we offer in our store. We have catalogs galore as well as many different items on display! Our brands range from Jonathan Louis International and Robert Michael Furniture to Spring Air and Diamond Mattress to Raymond Oak bunkbeds and chestbeds, to Ashley Furniture, Martin Furniture Home Office and Entertainment Furniture and Winners Only Home Office furniture just to name a few.

Q - I hate not being able to speak to a person at many Web stores. Will I have this problem with you?
A - We are always available by phone during our normal business hours. You may communicate by e-mail or by phone.
Q - How do I care for Feather and Down cushions.
A - Most factories that offer feather and down pillows and cushions recommend occasional vacuuming on the outer covering as well as regular fluffing by hand.
